I developed a Shares & Shareholder Management System that provides comprehensive services to help organizations manage their shareholders. The system includes features such as dividend and bonus distribution, management of attendance and elections at annual general meetings, share purchases, and auditors reports management. Additionally, the system provides an API that shareholder mobile apps can connect to in order to access real-time information about their current shareholdings and other relevant details stored in the organization's database. The Shares & Shareholder Management System has been successfully implemented, providing organizations with a robust and user-friendly platform for managing their shareholders and improving overall operational efficiency.
